1 Chronicles 28:9-10

 “And Solomon, my son, learn to know the God of your ancestors intimately. Worship and serve him with your whole heart and a willing mind. For the Lord sees every heart and knows every plan and thought. If you seek him, you will find him. But if you forsake him, he will reject you forever.  So take this seriously. The Lord has chosen you to build a Temple as his sanctuary. Be strong, and do the work.” 1 Chronicles 28:9-10  NLT

I pray you'll hear this charge as your own and take it seriously. Learn to know God intimately through Christ. Worship and serve Him with your whole heart and willing mind. Seek God. Be strong and do the task set before you. Reflecting back, which exhortation needs your attention? Who are you exhorting to take seriously their relationship with God and their divine assignment?

These are the stages of their march, identified by the different places where they stopped along the way. Numbers 33:1-2 NLT I pray you'll take some time to ponder on the stages of your spiritual journey, the progress and the stops along the way. Thank God for His faithfulness, provisions and mercies. When you walk in obedience the Lord orders your steps and is with you every step of the way. When you stray from the way, the Lord lovingly disciplines you and reorients your life back to Him. What is God saying to during this current stage of the journey? How have you seen God's faithfulness, provision and mercies?

Psalm 119:108 NLT  I pray you'll deepen your devotion to the Lord Jesus through reading, mediating, memorizing, studying and obeying His holy Word.
